Our anniversary

For Advice Vector, year 2023 marked the first anniversary. A reason to celebrate, reflect and to look forward.

It is somewhat striking to realise the breadth of matters covered in the past five years. The firm advised trading houses, financiers and producers on spot and long term off-takes, prepayments, demurrage claims, import quotas, various types of force majeure circumstances, numerous logistics arrangements, many types of finance products (creditor and debtor sides), acquisitions, matters of financial regulation, compliance and sanctions, and, finally, quite a few disputes.

We are grateful to our clients – for the chance to work together and also for the wealth of business acumen we could rely upon in our work. It is truly exciting to be able to assist the very talented and professional teams.

We must say that leading up to 2023 some major stresses have occurred. Same as our clients, with unwavering commitment to the industry, we have been navigating through the difficulties.
